Clay & Glaze R&D

Clay and glaze designed from scratch for each purpose and texture. Original glazes developed alongside Mino materials let us control crystalline, metallic and matte expressions at 1°C precision.
T-02
Forming & Digital Modeling
成形・デジタル造形
Hand-forming, throwing and slab building, plus slip casting, pressure casting and roller forming. We pick the right method per use-case and volume, and our Blender / 3D-printer master-making lets us run a continuous pipeline from prototype to line production.
T-03
Firing
焼成技術
Electric-kiln firing supporting crystalline, matte and other regimes. Temperature and atmosphere are precisely controlled for ideal texture and consistent quality.

Graphic Transfer

High-precision firing of logos and graphics via silkscreen and transfer techniques. Every detail rendered to match the product design.

Recycled Materials

A new material containing 50% incinerator slag and sewage sludge — enabling near-100% recyclability. Low environmental load alongside beautiful texture and high strength.

Re-glaze / re-size
セミオーダー
Pick a favorite from the store, then re-finish it with a different glaze, size or decoration. We re-use existing masters and glaze recipes, so this is the most accessible tier in both lead-time and budget.
- Glaze swap Same form, different glaze — pick any of the glazes available in the store (melty / albus / chaos, etc.).
- Size variation Adjusted to your preferred size (±20% range).
- Decoration Add platinum / gold lustre, logo transfer, silkscreen and other decorations.
